Shaffer’s books and original treatments have been optioned for film and television by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout, Freeform, and FOX. Additionally, his original feature spec scripts Stroker (horror comedy) and Backstage Pass (comedy) have placed in multiple screenwriting contests.* Shaffer’s most recent spec project is the single-cam TV pilot Space Dogs.
